Back in 2019, Wedding Day Dog Nanny started with one simple belief:
your dog deserves to be part of your wedding day, without you having to worry about their care.
At the time, it was just me, a love of dogs, a passion for weddings, and a determination to create something that simply didn't exist. I wanted couples to experience the joy of seeing their four-legged family member walk down the aisle, pose for those unforgettable photographs and share in the celebrations, while knowing they were in safe, experienced hands. I had no idea where that journey would lead.

Seven Years of Specialist Wedding Dog Care
One thing that makes us different is that we don't simply offer dog walking or pet sitting alongside weddings.
Wedding dog care is what we specialise in.
For the last seven years, our entire focus has been helping couples include their dogs in their wedding day safely, calmly and with as little stress as possible.
That means we've gained years of experience understanding the unique challenges that weddings bring.
Every venue is different.
Every timeline changes.

Some dogs love being the centre of attention. Others need quiet reassurance away from the excitement. Some happily greet every guest, while others simply want to stay close to their favourite humans.

Looking back, it isn't the number of weddings we've attended that stands out most.

It's the relationships we've built with couples who often become friends.
It's the talented wedding suppliers we've had the privilege of working alongside.
It's the venues that welcome us back time and time again.
And, of course, it's the hundreds of wonderful dogs who have trusted us with belly rubs, adventures, cuddles & treats.
Running a small business has taught me so much too.
There have been long days, moments of self-doubt and challenges that every business owner will understand.
But those moments have helped shape Wedding Day Dog Nanny into the business it is today.
I've learnt that genuine care will always matter.
I've learnt that trust is earned through the little things.
Most importantly, I've learnt that staying true to your values is the greatest investment you can ever make.
